You Paid is operated by 850 Lifestyle LLC and is intended to be offered under the You Paid trade name. The product is currently in prelaunch development.
Information we collect
When you join the You Paid waitlist, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including your first name, email address, work situation, referral interest, and consent to receive product-development communications.
We may also collect limited technical and attribution information such as a session identifier, campaign and UTM parameters, landing-page URL, referring page, interaction events, and the date and time of consent or submission. The site may use browser local storage or session storage to support session continuity and first-party measurement.
How we use information
We use information to operate the waitlist, communicate about product development and early access, understand demand, measure campaign performance, prevent abuse, improve the product, and maintain records of consent.
Service providers
Current infrastructure includes Vercel for web hosting and Supabase for backend data processing and storage. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Credit reporting and financial data
This prelaunch website does not itself open a credit account, access your bank account, furnish a tradeline to a consumer reporting agency, or guarantee any credit-score result. Any future production service involving additional financial or credit-related data will be governed by additional disclosures and terms presented at that time.
Communications
If you consent to product-development or early-access communications, you may opt out of promotional email communications using the unsubscribe method provided in those messages.
Sharing
We do not sell waitlist personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the site, when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Retention and security
We retain waitlist information for as long as reasonably necessary for product development, communications, legal compliance, security, and recordkeeping. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of waitlist information or withdraw marketing consent. For privacy requests, corrections, deletion requests, or withdrawal of marketing consent, email hello@joinyoupaid.com.
Children
The prelaunch waitlist is intended for U.S. adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
